Job Description

• We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. 
• In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and building strong customer relationships while contributing to our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the assigned market segment.
• Identify potential customers and market segments through comprehensive market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling. Generate leads through outbound calls and emails, and qualify prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients. Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with their business needs.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 year’s experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or market segment.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop customer profiles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary
N120,000 / month.
