Job Overview

  • The Operations Manager oversees and streamlines daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to company standards, and alignment with client expectations. 
  • This role involves supervising a team of HR Professional and administrative staff, managing client relationships, implementing process improvements, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance and operational excellence.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and streamline daily operations activities, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and adherence to company standards and client expectations
  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of HR consultants and administrative staff. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and providing solutions that align with their strategic goals. Address client issues and feedback proactively
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, increase efficiency, and achieve operational excellence. Develop and standardize best practices across the consulting team
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of consulting services. Prepare and present reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and service outcomes
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project timelines. Manage resources effectively to meet project goals
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve service offerings. Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies
  • Ensure that all consulting activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain high standards of quality and service delivery
  • Leverage HR technologies and tools to enhance services and operational efficiency. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to integrate relevant technologies
  • Other duties that maybe assigned

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within the HR consulting or professional services industry.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and industry best practices.
