Description

• A Spa Therapist applying to Isimandmisi Wellness Centre is expected to provide professional and personalized spa treatments while promoting relaxation, wellness, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Spa Treatments: Delivering a range of services such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapeutic treatments in a professional and relaxing manner.
• Client Care: Creating a welcoming and serene environment, understanding client needs, and tailoring treatments to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a deep understanding of the products and treatments offered, including vegan supplements and other wellness products, to provide informed recommendations.
• Hygiene Standards: Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all treatment areas and equipment according to the Centre’s policies.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with the wellness team to deliver a holistic client experience.
• Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest trends in spa therapies and wellness to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Upselling Services: Identifying opportunities to upsell treatments, packages, or products to meet client needs and support business growth.

Requirements

• Applicants should possess certified training in spa therapies, excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for wellness, and a commitment to maintaining the Centre’s high standards of service.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / Month.
