Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
• In this crucial role, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land features to support construction and engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and topographic surveys using specialized equipment and technology
• Prepare and interpret survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions of surveyed land.
• Establish precise reference points and markers for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate site measurements.
• Verify survey data, including measurements and calculations, to ensure accuracy.
• Use GIS and CAD software to analyze spatial data and create detailed reports.
• Ensure all survey activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of survey data, field notes, and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between survey data and project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in land or construction surveying.
• Proficiency in surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station, Theodolite, etc.).
• Experience with GIS and CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, etc.).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations, and construction codes is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
