Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support restaurant staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Train, mentor, and motivate waitstaff to maintain service excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor food and beverage service to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
• Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.
• Market restaurant products

Requirements & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Proficiency in handling POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
