Job Title: Risk Coordinator

Job Purpose

• Oversee and manage risk processes, including creating and maintaining a risk management system, organizing risk workshops, and generating regular reports on risk and opportunity status for the management team.

Major Responsibilities

• Risk Management System: Develop and maintain a risk management system, applying relevant tools, techniques, and theories. Identify and allocate risk ownerships and regularly review risk statuses.
• Risk Workshops: Organize and facilitate workshops to gather data and update risk registers, ensuring all potential risks and opportunities are explored.
• Reports: Create overview reports of risk/opportunity statuses for management and ensure alignment with the company’s risk management standards.
• Risk Register Management: Maintain risk registers, present status updates to the leadership team, and manage risk analysis.
• Risk Analysis: Perform cost and schedule risk analysis (CSRA) and explain results to management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Sciences, or certification as a Risk Management Professional (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in risk management roles.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience in facilitating risk workshops.
• Strong communication skills across different management levels.
• Project experience in engineering, construction, and/or commissioning for major projects.
• Knowledge of project management principles. PMP certification is desirable.
• Proficiency with risk analysis tools like Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA), @RISK, or Crystal Ball.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
