Job Title: Engineer - Solution Consulting

Job Summary 

• As an Engineering Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and presenting tailored engineering solutions that solve client challenges. 
• You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring that each solution aligns with client objectives while driving business growth.

‎Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering sector, with a focus on solution-driven sales.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their engineering needs and provide customized solutions
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing business development and retention.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that client solutions are delivered on time and to specifications.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of engineering solutions.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals.
• Track sales performance and business development activities, using CRM tools to manage pipelines and client interactions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and uncover new opportunities for growth

‎‎Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Electrical)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering consulting or solutions development.
• Strong technical knowledge in engineering principles and solutions across various industries.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in engineering design tools and software.
