Job Title: Head Of Business

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, product expansion, and revenue generation.
• Lead the marketing, sales, and product teams to drive financial inclusion and increase the bank's market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the bank's reach.
• Oversee the development and rollout of new products, including savings, loans, and digital banking solutions.
• Drive customer-centric strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all business operations.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to track the effectiveness of business initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products, financial inclusion strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must reside in Abuja.
