Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview

• We are looking for a Graphics Designer who will strategically create designs that will connect and communicate with our customers. 
• You will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 
• You will have strong research experience, an analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills. 
• You will be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop illustrations, layouts, and other designs using appropriate design software.
• Ensure proper use of color, typography, and layout in all designs.
• Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas for approval.
• Develop overall layouts and production designs for company reports, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Create visual text and imagery concepts using computer software or by hand to effectively communicate ideas that engage and captivate audiences.
• Design creative assets based on given requirements and brand guidelines.
• Manage project timelines, plan design workflows, and determine budget constraints.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members regarding the design process and project updates.
• Contribute to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed to meet project goals.
• Create a variety of designs across both digital and offline media, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Prepare designs for pre-press production, ensuring accuracy in formatting and print specifications.
• Design and develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external communications.
• Video editing and Motion graphic or 3d animation skills are a plus.

Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer working on multiple brands and projects.
• Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and principles.
• Strong experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Understanding of pre-press management and print production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create polished, high-quality designs.
• Strong visual communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work setting.
• Creativity and originality in developing innovative design concepts.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations with strong visual storytelling elements.

Location and Travel:

• The candidate will be based in Nigeria.
