Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years in sales operations or key account management, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or distribution.
• Strong track record in sales targets and team management.
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, and distribution knowledge.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and inventory management software.
• Skills: Sales strategy, client management, process optimization, data analysis.
• Competencies: Results-driven, problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration
