Job Title: Executive Assistant / Operations Associate

Location: Lagos

About the Role

• A top Brand seeking a professional Executive Assistant to support senior executives across all aspects of their roles. 
• This position requires a strong background in operational management, business engagement, and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis including industry, competitor, and user perspectives for assigned projects
• Participate and collaborate with internal and external teams on project aspects
• Handle organizational tasks such as scheduling, coordination, logistics, company events, team offsites, and client meetings
• Manage people management tasks including gatekeeping, prioritization, and delegation to protect executive time and schedules
• Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
• Manage personal tasks for executives while balancing professional and personal commitments
• Identify speaking opportunities, panel discussions, and media engagements aligned with company strategic goals
• Coordinate speaking proposal submissions, including drafting and editing presentation content
• Manage logistics for speaking engagements, including travel, scheduling, and on-site support
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Improve digital strategies and user experiences
• Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve defined goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong business analysis and research skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello) and CRM software
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Proactive approach with ability to anticipate needs
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments
• Strong team player with collaborative approach.
