Venmac Resources Limited - Our client, a Casoni Club, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Club Waiter & Waitress

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire an experienced waitress / waiter to join our club and lounge. 
• The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and able to deliver exceptional customer service to our members. 
• The waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they arrive at the club cafe.
• Assist customers in choosing their meals and beverages by answering any questions they may have about the menu.
• Take accurate orders from customers and input them into the system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered to the correct table and that each order is accurate and complete.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and respond to any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a waitress in a similar environment
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting of tables, tidy-up, etc.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 / month.
