Radiographer at Westcare Specialist Hospital

The idea to create Westcare Hospital group was conceived in 1997. This idea was brought to fruition in May 1998 when the first hospital was founded and named Ilogbo central Hospital. The hospital was named after Ilogbo town near Ajangbadi, Ojo LGA of Lagos in which the hospital was situated.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Radiographer

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasound scans with accuracy and precision.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate imaging results.
• Operate and maintain radiographic, CT, MRI, and ultrasound equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions during imaging procedures.
• Keep accurate records of imaging procedures and report findings as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and hospital policies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography.
• Current certification and registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in diagnostic radiography, including X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound.
• Proficiency in operating radiographic, CT, MRI, and ultrasound equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
