We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bid Proposal Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Bid and Proposal Management: 

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies. o Lead the preparation, development, and submission of comprehensive bids and proposals.
• Establish and manage a structured proposal development process, ensuring all submissions are accurate, persuasive, and adhere to client specifications.

Cross-Functional Coordination: 

• Collaborate with subject matter experts from technical, commercial, legal, and financial departments to gather essential inputs.
• Liaise with external consultants, partners, and stakeholders (including government agencies, donor organizations, and private sector clients) to enrich proposal content.
• Ensure internal alignment on timelines, deliverables, and quality standards throughout the bid lifecycle.

Quality and Compliance Assurance: 

• Review and edit proposal documents to maintain consistency, clarity, and adherence to industry and regulatory standards. 
• Implement best practices in proposal management and maintain an up-to-date repository of proposal templates, case studies, and relevant content. 
• Monitor changes in client requirements and market dynamics to continually improve proposal strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Advanced qualifications (e.g., Master’s degree or professional certifications in project management, proposal management, or related disciplines) are an added advantage.
