Job Summary

• The Junior Finance Associate will support the finance team in managing daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and budget tracking. 
• The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the general ledger.
• Support account reconciliations, including bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking company expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with auditors and assist with internal and external audits.
• Support the finance team in preparing reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Professional certifications (or in progress) such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage.
• Experience in the automobile industry or a fast-moving business environment is a plus.
