Description 

• We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Operator Intern to support our production team in operating and maintaining manufacturing machines.
• This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in an FMCG environment, learn about production processes, and develop essential technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating production machines under the supervision of experienced operators.
• Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or irregularities.
• Support routine maintenance activities to ensure smooth machine operations.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures while handling equipment.
• Keep production areas clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
• Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques to minimize machine downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of National Diploma (ND) or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any discipline.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The Location is Agbara-Igbesa (Ogun Free-Trade Zone, Lusada) and Proximity to the location is crucial as accommodation will not be provided.
