Job Summary

• We are looking for a charismatic and knowledgeable Show Host and Global Trend Analyst to host our flagship show, provide insightful commentary and analysis on global trends, news, and culture, and create engaging content for our website, newsletter, YouTube channel, and social media platforms. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, analysis, and presentation, with the ability to engage audiences and provide thought-provoking commentary.

Key Responsibilities

• Host our flagship show, providing insightful commentary and analysis on global trends, news, and culture, and create accompanying blog posts for our website.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various topics, including global trends, news, and culture, and create engaging videos for our YouTube channel.
• Develop and prepare engaging content for our newsletter, including summaries of our shows, analysis of global trends, and insights from our guests.
• Create and schedule posts for our social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Interview guests, including experts, thought leaders, and newsmakers, and create engaging summaries of our conversations for our website and social media platforms.
• Provide thoughtful and insightful commentary on current events and global trends, and create engaging videos and blog posts on these topics.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop the show's format, tone, and style, and create engaging promotional materials for our website and social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest news, trends, and developments in various fields, and create engaging content on these topics for our website, newsletter, YouTube channel, and social media platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new show concepts and ideas, and create engaging content on these topics for our website and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years proven experience as a show host, journalist, or analyst, with a strong background in research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences and provide thought-provoking commentary.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis on various topics.
• Ability to think critically and provide insightful commentary on complex issues.
• Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions.
• Familiarity with global trends, news, and culture.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience creating content for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, YouTube channels, and social media platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with video production and editing software.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in shaping global conversations.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Language skills in addition to English.
