Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a resourceful and organized HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions in our growing cosmetics manufacturing company.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation, and supporting a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding, and orientation).
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR databases and documentation.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
• Manage payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing in collaboration with Finance.
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and KPIs tracking.
• Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution in line with labor laws.
• Organize training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance and growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and health & safety standards.
• Support HR strategy to improve employee engagement, culture, and retention.
• Handle general HR administration and reporting to management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 3-5years HR experience (experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is a strong advantage).
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is an advantage.
• CIPM certification (or in progress) is an added advantage.
