Job Summary

• We are recruiting for the role of Waitress. 
• If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers promptly.
• Take and serve food and drink orders professionally.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
• Assist customers with menu choices and special requests.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
• Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1 - 5 years of experience.
• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work on a 4 days in, 2 days out shift schedule.
