We are recruiting to fill the position below:

  • As our Growth Lead - Nigeria, you’ll spearhead nsave's expansion into Nigeria, driving growth, partnerships, and a winning strategy that will position us as a key player in the local financial landscape. Responsibilities
As Growth Lead, you will:

  • Craft and execute a data-driven country strategy that establishes nsave as a leading fintech in Nigeria, ensuring our presence resonates with local customers.
  • Own user acquisition strategies, including paid media campaigns, referral programs, and customer conversion funnels. Proactively optimize retention and ROI while identifying insights that drive growth.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot and solve challenges that impact conversion rates and user experience.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to derive insights, track performance, and make data-backed decisions that fuel growth.
  • Track KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing strategic recommendations to enhance our growth strategies and position us as leaders in the market.
  • Communicate insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions shape the future of nsave in Nigeria.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a growth-focused role within marketing, fintech, or a similar industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing metrics and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A flexible mindset: You excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
