Job Description

• As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing our online marketing strategies, focusing on growing our brand presence, increasing lead generation, and driving conversions. 
• You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create and manage campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Manage SEO efforts, optimizing the website and content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), managing budgets and performance.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior through tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
• Manage social media platforms to enhance digital campaigns and maximize engagement across channels.
• Create and manage social media content, email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and announcements.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies are innovative and effective.
• Provide insights and reports on digital campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Work closely with the team to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and business goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role, with a focus on digital campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Experience using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve campaigns and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the interior design or home décor industry.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize ad spend.
• Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships.
