Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a talented Audio Engineer / Music Producer to oversee all in-house sound and audio operations, ensuring high-quality audio production for karaoke nights, live performances, and other lounge events.
• The Audio Engineer / Music Producer will be responsible for managing the lounge’s audio setup, ensuring crystal-clear sound quality for live performances, karaoke nights, and DJ sessions.
• The ideal candidate should have expertise in sound engineering, mixing, mastering, and managing live audio setups. They will also be involved in enhancing the overall music and sound experience within the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all in-house audio equipment, ensuring optimal sound quality for lounge events.
• Set up, operate, and maintain sound systems for karaoke nights, live vocalist performances, and DJ sessions.
• Mix and master live sound to enhance the audience experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve audio issues promptly during live events.
• Work closely with vocalists, DJs, and performers to ensure sound levels and effects are optimized.
• Maintain and update sound equipment, cables, and microphones as needed.
• Adjust and balance audio levels based on the size of the venue and event type.
• Assist in the production of lounge soundtracks, promotional jingles, and background music playlists.
• Collaborate with event coordinators to plan and execute audio needs for themed nights and special events.
• Ensure all audio operations align with lounge ambiance and brand identity.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Audio Engineering, Sound Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in live sound engineering, preferably in the hospitality, nightclub, or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in audio equipment setup, mixing consoles, and DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations).
• Strong understanding of acoustics, equalization, and sound reinforcement techniques.
• Experience with karaoke systems, live vocal performances, and club sound engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot audio issues quickly and efficiently during live events.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work with performers, DJs, and management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
