• Are you a seasoned business manager with a deep-rooted network in the nightlife and lifestyle industry? Do you have what it takes to drive sales, engagement, and premium experiences in a high-energy Resto-Lounge? If yes, then we want you!

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize & Execute Business Growth Plans to boost revenue and ensure profitability.
• Curate & Oversee Entertainment Lineups that set the perfect ambiance and attract premium clientele.
• Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns that blend traditional and digital marketing methods for maximum reach.
• Establish & Maintain Key Partnerships with industry stakeholders to drive collaborations and sponsorships.
• Ensure Exceptional Customer Experiences, creating a warm, high-energy, and unforgettable environment.

What We’re Looking for

• Industry Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in the entertainment, nightlife, or lifestyle industry. You must understand the dynamics of a thriving lounge scene and know what makes people keep coming back.
• Sales & Revenue Driver: You’ll be responsible for growing foot traffic, boosting sales, and maximizing revenue through strategic planning, partnerships, and event-driven activations.
• Entertainment-Driven: You must have the ability to collaborate with DJs, artists, influencers, and entertainment teams to ensure we deliver top-tier experiences that attract the right crowd.
• Marketing Savvy: You must be proficient in both traditional and digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, and in-house promotions to keep the brand buzzing.
• Strong Industry Connections: We need someone well-connected—from socialites to top-tier event promoters and decision-makers in the hospitality and entertainment sectors.
• Customer-Centric & Vibe Master: You must be a people person, understanding customer experience, VIP relations, and hospitality trends to keep our guests engaged and satisfied.
