TMAsourcing Solutions - Our client, a laundry and dry cleaning store in Lekki Phase 1, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, and excellent at customer service.
• This role involves attending to customers, managing orders, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers professionally.
• Receive, tag, and document laundry items accurately.
• Maintain a detailed record of all customer orders and payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, via calls, and messages.
• Provide customers with pick up dates and ensure timely delivery updates.
• Keep track of completed orders and ensure proper arrangement.
• Ensure all receipts and invoices are properly issued and recorded.
• Follow up on pending payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
• Communicate effectively with the laundry staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
• 2 - 3 years experience in customer service or as a receptionist is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
