Job Title: Driver

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary

• The Construction Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel to and from construction sites. 
• This role requires a dependable individual with a strong understanding of construction site safety and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
Safe Transportation:

• Operate company vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other construction-related vehicles, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Transport construction personnel to and from job sites as required.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and records.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Interested candidate should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2-3 years work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
