Job Description
What needs to be done:

• Develop and implement a secondary marketing strategy with the Sales Manager to build 100 primary sales and marketers as a team.
• Generate and implement creative ideas for the promotion of the company.
• Search for solutions for lead generation.
• In-depth understanding of real estate marketing operations, sales channels, and marketing strategies.
• Experience building and managing relationships with hotel partners and other stakeholders.
• Experience in building and managing B2B sales routes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with corporate clients and partners.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research techniques, data analysis and statistics method.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
• Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales and marketing team.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members.
• Strong project management skills to ensure successful campaign execution.

Market Knowledge:

• Understanding of Real Estate Development & Sales landscape and trends.
• Ability to leverage market insights to drive business growth.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Coordinate the terms with the marketers, BDE and BDA, draw up the TOR and monitor the tasks set;
• Prepare materials necessary for working with Sales and Business Development and SM (presentations, photos, videos, texts).
• Coordinate the work of the marketing in collaboration with sales team.
• Manage the company's calendar in relation to marketing events: launches’, team site views, meeting new partners);
• Create commercial offer for social networks together with an SMM specialist.
• Prepare content (photos, videos, texts).
• Take part in the development of the site.
• Prepare content for the site (setting up objects, writing news, articles).
• Coordinate the budget for contextual and targeted advertising.
• Organize events: budget, site selection, preparation of printing products, electronic materials, writing the event script.

Requirements

• Have 5 to 7 years of marketing experience.
• Engaged in attracting an audience in the real estate sector or in another luxury segment.
• Have copywriting skills.
• Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica).
• Able to generate non-standard ideas to attract an audience.
• Speak English at least level B1.
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• As an advantage, can use graphic design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel, Figma, Tilda).

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
