Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that drive profitability, cost efficiency, and business scalability.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
• Investment & Capital Optimization: Drive capital allocation, cost-saving initiatives, and investment strategies to support business growth.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to streamline financial operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze key financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to enhance business positioning.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:

• Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) – Mandatory.
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, investment analysis, and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop financial strategies that align with business goals.
• Expertise in ERP systems, financial modeling, and cost optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
