Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in mechanical design, servicing, and consulting.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and maintenance of mechanical systems in oil and gas operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for oil and gas servicing operations.
• Conduct engineering analysis, simulations, and feasibility studies.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, pipelines, and pressure vessels.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and other industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Provide technical support for procurement and vendor selection.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in oil and gas servicing, consulting, or mechanical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, rotating equipment, and structural mechanics.
• Familiarity with API, ASME, ANSI, and ISO standards.
• Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• COREN, PMP, or ASME certifications.
• Hands-on experience in offshore/onshore projects within oil and gas.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software for mechanical system design.
