Job Description

• We are seeking for a Human Resource Executive to oversee all HR activities and ensure adequate and effective utilization of human resources within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that staff informations forms are completed and othernecessarydocumentations are submitted by all employees and filed properly in a restricted areaaccessible by only the authorized parties.
• Formulating and enforcing standard HR policies and processes in line with the Nigerian Labour Law.
• Handling disciplanary proceedings and conflict resolution.
• Ensure high quality manpower planning and recruitment procedures are in place, and that these procedures align with the employment regulation and Company policy governing recruitment and selection.
• Build on existing systems to create Human Resource Management tools including job descriptions, competency profiles, Performance Management Systems, Key Performance Indicators & Scorecards to improve efficiency and develop uniformity within the employee population of the company.
• Ensure that all new recruits undergo training
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial relations, Human Resource management or any other related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Officer.

• Excellent interpersonal skills - people management, mentoring/ coaching and leadership skills.
• Effective in solving complex and demanding operational & managerial challenges
• Highly focused, disciplined, self-driven and goal-oriented.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
