Job Summary

• The Building Construction Site Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day activities on some of our construction sites. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 
• This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including development owners, engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibiities

• Project Planning and Execution: Schedule weekly Workflow and plan resources required including arranging materials and getting competent site workers to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency.
• Site Management: Oversee all site activities, including construction, safety, and quality control, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage site teams, including masons, Labour and other Artisans, to achieve project goals.
• Communication and Coordination: Liaise with project stakeholders, including development owners, architects, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets quality and safety standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required.

Competencies and Skill Requirements:

• For this position, candidates must have a good Secondary School Leaving Certificate WASCE or GCE with Credits in English, Maths and Intro Tech. 
• First Degree (BSc / HND) in the field of Construction, Civil Engineering.
• A Diploma from a Federal Technical College will be an added advantage.
• Qualified candidates are those that have three to five years’ experience in delivering results in constructions that are cost-effective and structurally sound.
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in building construction projects.
• Applicants should have excellent aptitude and intelligence with Excellent O’Level Grades and should not be older than 30 years of age.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
