Job Title: Graduate Interns - Human Resources 

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary

• We seek a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Human Resources team. 
• As a Graduate Trainee, you will be able to develop your skills in various HR functions and contribute to creating a positive work environment. 
• This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate eager to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the HR team with onboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize employee engagement and development activities.
• Assist in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
• Participate in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
