Job Title: Business Development & Partnerships Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development and Partnerships Officer to support the growth and expansion of our business.
The successful candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include market research, partnership management, proposal development, client engagement, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in researching and identifying potential markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
Track partnership performance across various marketing channels and compile reports for analysis.
Act as a liaison between the B.D. & Partnerships Lead and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in drafting partnership proposals, agreements, and other communication materials.
Support client follow-ups, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
Compile and analyze market data to support business strategy development.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to provide actionable insights.
Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.
Monitor and ensure consistency in B.D./Partnerships initiatives across IG posts, newsletters, and website ads.
Support the planning and execution of business development projects and initiatives.
Take minutes in meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance, and key results.
Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information or support.
Qualifications
Higher Qualification in Business Management, or a related discipline
Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage
Must possess a minimum of 2 years work experience in BDM, Marketing or Sales
Experience with Business Development Management, Marketing and Partnerships is essential for this role
