Job Title: Office Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Office Manager to oversee the management of our office and production facilities. 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of office equipment and facilities, supervising tailors and other production staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance and repair of office equipment, air conditioning systems, and other facilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of tailors and other production staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including employee attendance, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, including maintenance and suppliers

Requirements

  • Cadidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in any related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an office management 
  • Proven experience in managing office equipment, facilities, and staff
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
