Job Overview

• The Salon Manager will be responsible foroverseeing daily salon operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a team of stylists, beauty therapists, and receptionists.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in salon management, customer service, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and lead hairstylists, nail technicians, and beauty professionals.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service, handling complaints and feedback professionally.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote salon services and increase revenue.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and liaise with product suppliers.
• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in the salon.
• Monitor client bookings, payments, and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Business Management, Cosmetology, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a Salon Manager role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of current hair and beauty trends.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / month.
