Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: GRA, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting

Job Description

  • We are seeking an executive assistant for the CEO who will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth daily operations. 
  • The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Ensure timely reminders and preparation for meetings.
  • Screen calls, emails, and messages, responding on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
  • Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain records.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Run official and personal errands as required.
  • Drive the CEO when necessary and ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
