Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 
• The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, skilled in content creation, and experienced in using data analytics to drive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and grow online presence.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead-generation strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, track key performance metrics, and optimize strategies.
• Creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset.
