Location: Ikota, Lagos

Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 times weekly)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Business Manager to oversee studio operations, manage client relations, drive business growth, and shape our creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Osbalt Photography Studios, ensuring smooth workflow and high client satisfaction.
• Manage client relations by responding to inquiries, scheduling shoots, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Manage and grow the studio’s social media presence by creating engaging content and marketing campaigns.
• Determine the creative direction for projects, working closely with photographers and other creatives.
• Drive sales by identifying and closing potential clients, earning commission on successful deals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business management, client relations, or a similar role.
• Strong social media management and marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to guide artistic direction.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in the photography or creative industry is a plus.
