Job Title: Entry-Level IT Support Specialist

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our team. 
• This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their careers in the IT industry. 
• You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting team members with their technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems via phone, email, or in-person.
• Set up new user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
• Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
• Monitor and report system performance issues.
• Support IT team in managing cybersecurity measures.
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addresses, routers, firewalls).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting common software issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in IT (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.
