Job Summary

• The Bid Manager will lead the development of winning bids for major oil and gas projects. 
• This role requires a deep understanding of EPC tendering processes, proposal writing, and cost estimation to secure high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire bid process from pre-qualification to contract award.
• Develop competitive proposals and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Work closely with technical, commercial, and legal teams to prepare comprehensive bids.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies in bid preparation.
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in bid and tender management within Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracting, pricing strategies, and procurement.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
