Job Title: IT Support Assistant & Administrative Staff

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive IT Support Assistant to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing technical support to staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for software, hardware, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Assist in managing IT inventory and documentation
• Support cybersecurity and data protection efforts
• Assists in ID CARD printing, website and database maintenance and other technical troubleshooting
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows and networking
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 10 AM – 3 PM
