Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the vehicle inspection process to ensure that all cars meet the required standards for e-hailing services.
• You will work closely with vehicle inspectors, drivers, and the operations team to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Vehicle Inspections:
  • Oversee the inspection of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
  • Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with Cabvibe’s requirements.
• Team Management:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of vehicle inspectors at the inspection center.
  • Provide guidance and support to the inspection team to ensure efficient operations.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure inspection processes are followed correctly.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies in vehicle standards promptly.
• Communication:
  • Liaise with drivers, inspectors, and the operations team to ensure smooth communication.
  • Provide clear instructions and feedback in multiple local dialects (Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Gbagyi, Fulfulde, etc.).
• Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on vehicle inspection outcomes and operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspected vehicles and their compliance status.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualification of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate).
• Experience: Prior experience in vehicle inspection, fleet management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Gbagyi, Fulfulde, and other local dialects.
• Skills:
