We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Automation

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time

Purpose

• To maintain and manage all the Automation Systems in the plant to ensure an effective, efficient, and safe process operation at the lowest cost possible.

The Job

• Oversee automation system testing procedures and ensure that the instruments are developed to comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Involve in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction for all Automation and Instrumentation related activities.
• Monitor maintenance jobs on the automation system during shutdowns/break downs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Carry out calibration of all instruments as and when due and ensure proper implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance by the team.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation, SCADA, control, and safety system.
• Ensure compliance with FSMS requirements in the assigned work process.
• Ensure the safety of self and others in the line of work.

Qualification

• BSc / HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

Experience: 

• 2 years’ cognate experience
• Graduate membership of NSE/COREN will be an added advantage.
