• We are presently seeking a highly accomplished and committed Elementary School Teacher to join our esteemed educational institution.
• The successful candidate will possess substantial teaching experience at the upper elementary level (grades 4-6), with a demonstrated ability to prepare students for internationally recognized examinations, and a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative, engaging lesson plans that promote academic excellence, foster intellectual curiosity, and instill a lifelong passion for learning in students.

Responsibilities
Teaching and Instruction:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in required subjects
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and promote learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Classroom Management:

• Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Establish clear expectations and routines for student behavior.
• Use effective classroom management strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize learning time.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Develop and administer assessments to measure student learning and progress.
• Use assessment data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians through email, phone calls, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and events.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning.

Comprehensive Preparation for Internationally Recognized Examinations:

• Develop and implement effective preparation strategies to ensure students are well-equipped to excel in internationally recognized examinations.
• Provide students with relevant and high-quality study materials to facilitate thorough preparation and mastery of examination content.
• Administer preliminary tests to assess student readiness, identify areas for improvement, and inform targeted instructional interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification in Elementary Education
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse students
• Proficiency in technology, including learning management systems and educational software.
