We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Diva

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Diva to represent our luxury apartment and party house business.
  • As the Sales Diva, you will be responsible for driving sales and securing high-end clientele interested in renting or purchasing luxurious residential spaces and event venues.
  • You will be expected to cultivate relationships with potential buyers, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their desires.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:

  • Lead the sales efforts for both luxury apartment units and exclusive party house events, consistently achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and event planners. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring the client’s experience is seamless and luxurious from inquiry to final transaction.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads via networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Conduct follow-up calls, meetings, and showings to convert leads into clients.

Luxury Presentation:

  • Represent and showcase the unique selling points of the luxury apartment and party house offerings, including their high-end amenities, customization options, and prime locations, with the highest level of professionalism and flair.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay current with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings, ensuring that our pricing and marketing strategies remain competitive.

Event Coordination & Sales for Party House Rentals:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their event needs, provide them with creative and customized solutions, and coordinate the booking of the party house for private events, ensuring that every detail is handled with perfection.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain up-to-date client databases, sales reports, contracts, and documents. Ensure all transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Partner with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns that drive leads and attract the luxury market.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure an exceptional experience for all clients, going above and beyond to deliver on every commitment and resolve any issues swiftly.

Qualifications
Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in high-end real estate or luxury event sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Luxury Brand Expertise:

  • A deep understanding of the luxury market and the ability to sell high-end products with sophistication and finesse.

Sales Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, ability to identify client needs, and create customized solutions.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with VIP clients and industry professionals.

Organization:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:

  • A go-getter with a results-driven attitude, working independently and achieving sales goals with minimal supervision.

Tech-Savvy:

  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms to communicate with clients and track leads.

Flexibility:

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required to meet client needs and schedules.
