Job Title: Recruiter / KYC & Guarantor Verification Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized In-House Recruiter / Verification Officer to join our growing team at our Yaba office. 
• You will be fully responsible for recruiting, verifying, and onboarding delivery agents, ensuring we maintain a trusted, high-quality delivery network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC and Guarantor Verifications for all delivery agent applicants.
• Confirm guarantor information by phone and verify documents for authenticity and accuracy.
• Collect and file guarantor forms, ensuring records are well organized by date and category.
• Handle complete onboarding of riders/drivers, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed before deployment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for all recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Conduct field logistics coordination when needed, including planning routes and rider assignments for efficiency.
• Communicate updates and any changes in recruitment procedures to relevant parties (field officers, delivery agents).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, KYC, or verification (experience in last-mile logistics companies like Gokada, Max.ng, Jumia, etc. is an advantage).
• Proven experience handling guarantor verification and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Forms, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage field verification and onboarding processes independently.
• Available to work on-site daily at our Yaba office.
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing the recruitment and onboarding process end-to-end.
