We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Locations: Lagos & Owo, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate meetings, including kick-offs, progress updates, and reviews.
• Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.

Execution and Delivery:

• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and reporting of all project deliverables.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
• Ensure stakeholder needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance and Post-Implementation:

• Ensure quality control measures are followed, and deliverables meet the required standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future projects.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6 years work experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and project management software.
