Details

• Creative Associates International, Inc., invites all interested individuals including staff of Creative Associates International, companies and the public to participate in the auction process for the sale of used vehicles as described below
• Submission of offer, inspection and questions are due by the dates and times stated below
• The sale will be through a silent auction. Items will be on display at Creative Associates office premises.

Guideline for the exercise. Interested bidders are advised to comply accordingly

• Interested offerors should indicate their interest by sending an email to bids@creativedc.com before 4:00pm March 19th, 2025. Venue for inspection will be communicated to ONLY offers who express interest as stipulated.
• Offers are to be submitted to: bids@creativedc.com before 4:00pm March 21, 2025. Interested bidders should submit their bids to the above email address with the following information on the subject line: "CREATIVE AUCTION NOTICE". 
• Bidders MUST use the AUCTION NOTICE FORM on page 1 to submit their bids for one or more items. Bids MUST include a valid means of identification including National Identification Number (NIN) and company registration details for companies. Multiple email submissions from the same bidder will be disqualified. 
• Item will be sold to the highest bidder. 
• Viewing Date(s): March 20, 2025, 10:00am to 3:00pm in each location (Abuja and Adamawa). Self-guided inspection. Auction staff available to answer any questions. Vehicle documents will be available for review. No test driving.
• Notification Date: Winners will be contacted via email on March 24, 2025.
• Award Date: March 24, 2025. After the announcement of successful bids for any of the items, winners MUST pay the submitted bid amount as detailed in the notification within 72hrs of notification of his/her success in the exercise or no later than the Award Date stated above. Failure to pay up within this period will result in forfeiture of the bid. 
• Delivery: Winners MUST remove all vehicles won (except 186, Prado Toyota Petrol engine 2023 model JTEBU9FJ305099316) from Creative International Associates’ premises within 24 hours after confirmation of receipt of payment by Creative Associates International. 186, Prado Toyota Petrol engine 2023 model JTEBU9FJ305099316 should be picked up on April 17, 2025. 

Note

• Any responses, offer and inspection requests received after the stipulated time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive. Late submissions will not be evaluated. 
• Creative encourages Offerors to indicate their interest in this auction process by submitting an offer according to the instructions contained within this notice. Creative will make an award to offerors submitting the highest bid not below the reserve price. 

Eligibility

• Staff of Creative Associates International are eligible to participate in the exercise. 
• The General Public is welcome to participate in the exercise.
• Creative Associates International Nigeria Asset Disposal Committee Members, and anyone directly involved in organizing this process are not eligible to participate in the auction.
