Job Title: Dispatch Assistant

Mission

• Communicates meal orders, flight schedules of airlines to the necessary units
• Preparation of daily reports, pre- flight reports and delivery invoices.
• Ensuring that catering items are delivered on time and facilitate logistics support.
• Proper arrangement of catering items in flight holding rooms.
• Optimal services are provided to customers in line with the airline contracts.
• Ensures preparation of catering boarding documents for Flight services, Sales and Invoicing units.
• Provides logistics for the delivery of food items to the airport restaurants and bar.
• Use of checklist to ensure zero missing items.

Profile

• Candidates should possess an OND equivalent in relevant fields
• Must have at least 2 years of experience (Junior level)
• Relevant work experience in a hospitality or catering industry in a customer-facing unit
• Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Computer and internet literacy
• Shift hours availability
