Job Title: Sales Representative – (HoReCa)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with 2-3 years of experience in the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes for our client.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HoReCa industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
• As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, promoting our products, and driving business growth in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other hospitality establishments.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering support to strengthen business partnerships.
• Track sales performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and provide regular updates on sales goals, achievements, and challenges.
• Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences to effectively communicate the value of products and services.
• Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies, identify target markets, and develop competitive pricing models.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the HoReCa sector or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of the HoReCa market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and close sales effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
