Job Title: Field Marketer & Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

• We’re looking for passionate and results-driven Field Marketers to promote our academy, engage potential students, and help drive enrollment.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote our academy to students, professionals, and businesses in various locations (universities, churches, mosques, business hubs, etc.)
• Organize free conferences, webinars, workshops, and info sessions to attract potential students.
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, banners, posters) at strategic locations like malls, universities, and marketplaces.
• Generate leads and convert them into enrolled students through face-to-face marketing.
• Build relationships with schools, businesses, and communities for partnerships.
• Engage in digital outreach and social media promotions to enhance awareness.
• Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Goal-driven with a passion for education and technology.
• Ability to organize and host free seminars, conferences, and webinars.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.
• Ability to travel within Ibadan and nearby locations for outreach campaigns.

Salary
N90,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
